We are André and Jolanda Bravenboer, and come from Apeldoorn in the Netherlands.
Almost 4 years ago we bought a house on Hacienda.
We like it so much that we have now decided to move to Hacienda permanently.
We are going to start our own business here to provide for our income.
Our company focuses on keyholding, home rental, cleaning and other jobs.
We will pick this up in the Dutch manner quickly, precisely and accurately.
With our experience in renting and cleaning, we manage to keep our guests satisfied.

Our commission is 10% of the gross rental income.
We also take care of cleaning the property we rent out for you,
so we know that the cleaning is done properly.

What we offer you for that 10%

We take care of everything, absolutely everything, for you when it comes to renting out your property.
We advertise via rental platforms, social media, our partners and, of course, our own website.

You can rent out your flat through us without obligation; we work without a contract.
We provide recent photos of your property at no extra cost.
All rental payments will go through us, and we will ensure that you receive everything neatly invoiced.
We will personally handle the arrival and departure of guests, showing them around your property upon arrival and handing over the key. Upon departure, we will visit the guests to check your property and collect the key in person.
The only thing you need to arrange yourself is the tax return for your rental income.

We will be on standby 24/7 for emergencies and questions from guests,
and will help where necessary.
