A wonderfully muddy salt lake. It's said to be incredibly good for the skin and body.

Flamencos de San Pedro del Pinatar is also a really nice place to watch flamingos.

Cartagena

Cartagena is an ancient Roman city and port in the Murcia region, on the Mediterranean Sea. The coast is called the Costa Cálida. The city is surrounded by a wall with eight gates and boasts a magnificent ancient Roman amphitheater. Its natural harbor is a deep bay where Spain's main naval base is located. Worth seeing are the 13th-century cathedral of Santa Maria Veja and the view from the ruins of the Castillo de la Concepción.

Granada/Mazzaron/Lorca/Murcia
